The Co-Founder of the Cyber Resilience Institute and its Sports ISAO Project, Doug DePeppe, was named the Acting Chair within the Information Sharing and Analysis Organization Standards Organization  (ISAO SO).  Serving as Acting Chair of the Government Relations Working Group, Doug DePeppe joins the leaders of four other active Working Groups and the leadership of the ISAO SO in the national effort announced by the White House to promote information sharing to reduce cyber risk.
During the ISAO SO’s Public Meeting August 31 and September 1 in Virginia, Mr. DePeppe was also asked to speak on a panel to offer his views about forming an ISAO. These entities, which offer multiple advantages for combating cyberattacks, are part of a new strategy that both industry and government expect will help organizations to reduce their attack profile.
