TIPs Can Be Effective Tools!
Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs) serve as useful tools to communities because they provide a virtual aggregator for atomic level indicators of compromise (IOCs) that members of a trust community might want to share with one another. There are multiple vendors operating in this space with many ancillary suppliers providing data feeds and data enrichment services, as shown on the following figure.
