The c-Market was a unique public/private partnership (PPP) that brought together a coalition of not-for-profit organizations providing community building (CyberUSA) and programmatic design (Cyber Resilience Institute). 
CyberUSA is a program office of the Foundation for the Advancement of Science and Technology (FAST), a 501(c)(3) organization. The Cyber Resilience Institute is also a 501(c)(3) organization and is the primary sponsor of the Sports-ISAO and the national cyber education club: the c-Watch.
In addition, our approach was supported by the National Institute for Hometown Security (NIHS) and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
The c-Market Toolkit is an open source resource for all cybersecurity professionals and network engineers.
